EU Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days after production.

Taxes & Duties:

EU: VAT included, no extra customs fees.

Outside EU: Import taxes/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Issues & Damages: Contact info@keptee.com within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses from incorrect addresses.

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized, final sale, perishable, or hazardous items cannot be returned (unless faulty).

Process: Contact info@keptee.com before sending any return. If approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank.
